As Organisation Development Manager, working as a consultative partner, you will provide specialised expertise in the development and management of talent to our Client throughout Europe. You will work to build a culture where Line Managers are the primary developers of talent by providing the required tools and training to facilitate this.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating Talent Management sessions for our Client in Europe and training additional facilitators
- Maintaining the Talent Management Database
- Coaching Performance Feedback Discussions, development conversations, and conducting 360 assessments
- Managing relationships with operating groups and business units in the region to ensure proper customer service and that Talent programs are aligned with business strategies
- Assisting with the coordination and communication of regional learning programs
Who we're looking for
To b successful you should hold a degree level qualification in a relevant discipline, such as business or psychology. A CIPD qualification would also be advantageous. You should have experience in Organisational Development, HR, Sales or Operations (preferably in Oilfield Services).
You must have the ability to travel extensively across Europe and occasionally to Houston. Strong interpersonal skills and political savvy are essential for this role. European language skills would also be advantageous.
