As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturing solutions that are delivered meet and exceed cost, quality and schedule requirements.
Supporting the bid process for new programs through process selection, you will take responsibility for the development of recurring and non-recurring costs and identifying tooling requirements. You will also collaborate with the Design Team on new programs and products to ensure all appropriate gate review deliverables are achieved and the product developed satisfies all production requirements.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Reviewing models, drawings and BoMs
- Identifying and defining technical specifications of tools and fixtures
- Supporting the Production Team with the resolution of engineering-related issues
- Identifying and defining technical specifications of plant and equipment
- Identifying and implementing lean initiatives
- Engineering or research experience
- A 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, quality or another technical field
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A working knowledge of composite processes would be beneficial, as would familiarity with using CAD systems. Experience of developing tools and jigs for the manufacture of components and/or project management experience (including initial research to implementation) would also be an advantage.
