Recruitment Coordinator / Resourcer within our Work Based Learning IT Apprenticeship Programme for 16-18 year old learners, SLOUGH

As Resourcer based in our Slough office, you will enjoy working with our QA Apprenticeship Candidates to place them into employment in line with our business goals and targets. You will support the attraction and recruitment of suitable candidates, conduct telephone and face to face interviews with our learners and work with employers to arrange interviews, providing feedback and advice where required.
Main Accountabilities
- Work with Apprenticeship team to meet the key business objectives
- Co-ordinate the activity of the London resourcing team to meet agreed targets
- Co-ordinate and administer forecasting and reporting for London sales team
- Support the attraction and recruitment of suitable candidates for the programmes
- Conduct telephone and face to face interviews with suitable learners.
- To work with employers and arrange interviews, provide feedback and advice.
- Provide consistent feedback to learners on acceptance and rejection of application in a consistent and timely manner.
- Record all learner details on to our database and keep details up to date.
- To run and organise candidate assessment days.
- To provide account manager support to existing employers as required
- Timely completion of all necessary documentation required by the Skills Funding Agency to engage learners and employers and the transfer of this paperwork to operations
- Point of contact for potential candidates, learners and parents
- Work with team to support all aspects of learner employability.
- Support wider duties where required within the Apprentice team
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements attached to Apprenticeship Learning
- Compliance with internal policies in regards to the learner and employer engagement
Minimum Qualification required from the applicant:
- Proven and successful resourcing/placement/recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience of co-ordinating sales operations, ideally within a recruitment environment
- Experience of a similar role within the Government funded learning sector a distinct advantage
- Experience of working with young people (16-24)
- Ability to help mentor and coach candidates to successfully obtain employment including CV creation
- IAG qualification would be a distinct advantage
- Degree calibre
- A well defined and proven approach to placement
- Understanding of apprenticeship and government funded learning desirable
- CV writing and interview coaching
- Persistent, tenacious, yet professional approach
- Highly organised and thorough
- Customer service focused
- Good communication both written and spoken
- Able to deal with customers at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with the minimum of supervision
- Good negotiation skills
Salary Range: up to 30k package including variable OTE and benefits
