About the Role
As the welcoming face of our club, your job will be to meet and greet all visitors. Importantly, you’ll ensure the smooth running of reception by answering calls and dealing with membership enquiries, and support the health clinic with appointments, bookings and queries relating to assessments, physiotherapy and nutrition.
You have outstanding communication and customer service skills gained within a leisure or hospitality role. You’re approachable, personable and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience. You’re an energetic team player with exceptional planning and organising skills.
Working closely with the Programme Director, you will be responsible for the management of all staff working in the front desk area. You will provide induction training and will assist with regular objective setting and performance reviews for all front of house staff.
You will be highly competent in all of the following areas customer service, membership management and direct debits, health & safety, resource and team management, marketing, financial administration and reports.

About the Location
This is a great opportunity to work within a highly successful corporate Fitness & Wellbeing facility. The centre has a gymnasium equipped with 23 pieces of state of the art Life Fitness CV with integrated entertainment, a variety of resistance machines, dual assisted pulley, smith machine, Olympic bench and a variety of free weights.
The pre exercise screen involves an MOT health assessment and induction. All members receive personal exercise programmes and are actively tracked for retention.
There is a separate Studio and spin area that runs a varied class programme including spin, pump, step, toning classes, circuits, boxercise, Yoga and Pilate’s classes. There are over 30 Classes per week run by internal and external instructors.
The site also has sports facilities and extensive grounds including a squash court, Football pitch, Rugby pitch, Cricket field, Golf nets, tennis courts and 5 a-side football court. The team are actively involved in these activities and manage most events.
The three therapy rooms offer a variety of complimentary therapies including physiotherapy, sports massage and sports therapy, chiropody & podiatry, hypnotherapy, counselling, holistic and beauty.
