A well known Law Firm is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Property department based within their centrally located Southampton office.

The role
You will be responsible for residential property transactions from start to finish and provide support to other team members when required.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be able to handle files from start to finish and provide supervision to junior team members, handling the financial aspects of exchange and completion work. As well as having excellent telephone skills for communication with client's estate agents and mortgage lenders.

The Package
The firm is offering a salary in the region of £23'000 - 25'000 relating to the successful candidates experience along with an attractive benefits package.
