£2.60 per hour for a 39 hour week
Performance bonus of up to £200 per month

Objectives
Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
Ensure all customers and visitors receive a pleasant and courteous welcome, promoting the professional image of the company
Ensure customer enquiries by telephone are handled courteously and are directed to the appropriate person to convert these enquiries to bookings
Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
Typical Duties
Sales
Receive and greet customers in the showroom
Qualify the reason for visit
Capture the customers details and enter data to system
Build rapport and engage with waiting customers
Answer customer queries relating to products and technology
Ensure customers are seated and have refreshments whilst waiting
Provide a professional handover to a Sales Executive
Making outbound calls for appointment reminders
Service
Receive and greet customers at Service reception
Receive customers for express drop-off
Complete courtesy car paperwork
Handover courtesy vehicle
Build rapport and engage with waiting customers
Communicating vehicle progress with customer
Answer questions relating to products & technology
Ensure waiting customers are seated and have refreshments whilst waiting
Car park management – greeting customers and walking customers back to their vehicles
Making outbound calls for booking reminders
Taking payment for invoices
