Exciting role in a newly relocated HR department.
My client is a large, well-known company within the business information management sector.They are seeking to fill a key role within the HR shared services team.This busy role will have a wide range of accountabilities for managing and developing the recruitment and selection process, such as establishing and managing a candidate pool for the UK, utilising the major recruitment and social media websites, maintaining the jobs database, providing management reports, managing interview, offer and feedback processes.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience of all aspects of the recruitment life cycle in both operational roles and professional technical roles, the successful candidate will require a proven track record in "in house" recruitment within large company environment(s).In addition to this, some agency/executive search experience, would be beneficial as would experience of recruitment across EMEA. The role will require exemplary organisational skills, really strong ability to hurdle the required MI using the new Amis system, excellent stakeholder management skills, experience of liaising with senior management and the gravitas to “hit the ground running”, plus good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
