A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Operations Manager. You will have knowledge and experience of security contracts from mobilisation to successful re-tender across a variety of sectors, with industrial sector experience being preferred.

You will be responsible for the management of the Scottish Contract Portfolio and Scottish Operations Teams, you will be client focused with developing and improving service. Your main duty will be to work at a strategic level to develop the portfolio in the region.

Your additional duties will include leading and coaching the security teams within Scotland in order to maximise performance and delivery of service. Support regional management in issues escalating beyond day to day operations. To be fully responsible for the operational, commercial and Profit and Loss parameters of the Scottish region.
