Over the course of the next three to five years, Johnson Matthey businesses intend to make a substantial investment implementing SAP as their enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. A key role in the success of this will be the ERP Organisational Change Project Manager (OCPM), reporting to the Financial and Business Systems Improvement Director. This role can be based at a Johnson Matthey office located either in London or Royston UK or Wayne or West Deptford USA.

The successful candidate will be offered the role as a 6-month fixed term contract with good potential to transfer to a permanent contract at the end of this period.

The OCPM will partner with the third party integrator’s project manager to lead across the breadth of the project(s), and will provide strategic advice and direction for managing organisational changes required from the programme. The OCPM closely partners with the Financial and Business Systems Improvement Director to achieve overall programme success.
