Our client is a leading Insurance Management claims company that dominates the insurance industry on a global scale. Operating in over 70 countries, our client is also a leading company across in the UK and provide many services across the board including management services in motor , domestic, casualty, personal injury, employment and public liability claims and also is a leader in providing niche services for high net worth individuals. They have growth substantially in the industry and have outperformed their peers which have resulted in them consistently winning contracts. They are looking for a complex claims handler to manage multi-track claims in excess of £100k in value.

The general day to day role will include the following: • Dealing with Major Incidents working with complex losses and high profile cases. • Managing a portfolio of claims including litigation, complaints referred by the team and preparing major loss reports. • Managing risk and presenting data in a clear and concise format • Liaising with external solicitors, loss adjustors and engineers. The successful candidate will come from a multi-track background and have experience in handling complex cases in personal injury.
