An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a government executive agency in Weybridge.
The client require a proactive financial administrative assistant who can come in to the small team in Weybridge, hit the ground running and support on a small and large scale grants programme they are rolling out.
This role is primarily to process grant claims before submission to the central finance team.
Do you have experience processing grant claims and checking invoices?
Are you aware of budgetary, audit and compliance restraints?
Do you have a good attention to detail?
The job role/responsibilities include:
Processing grant claims to submit to the finance team
Providing support in the submission of monthly reports
Liaising with project holders
Responding to internal and external queries promptly and appropriately
Effective filing and administrative support
Develop a knowledge of the client's business systems and compliance standards
This is a temporary role but an ongoing assignment. FULL TIME paying £7.75 per hour.
