Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team based in South East Kent.

Key responsibilities for this position include maintaining competitive market-leading products through product innovation, market knowledge and intelligent contracting with suppliers. You will be delivering a continuous programme of product innovation and development to position the organisation as a market leader in this particular sector. Delivering a strategy of continual testing and development, you will plan and undertake performance analysis as well as maintain price competitiveness consistent with the brand through market comparisons. Owning product management and key relationships is essential for this role as well as ensuring all customer communications are technically correct, brand aligned and meet regulatory requirements. You will be required to maintain effective relationships with senior management at third parties and with Directors within the organisation.

A skilled project manager with expert knowledge of general insurance products and practices, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of home and motor related insurance products as well as proven experience in third party supplier negotiations. With excellent personal communications and presentation skills, you should be customer focussed with strong analytical skills and knowledge of marketing practices.
