You must have gravitas with a marketing and business development background together with knowledge of personal care products.

You will have the full support of the MD, Product Development and Sales team, in those areas but you will have expertise in buying, retail, finance, strategic management, know how to drive sales to outperform current budget and forecasts. You will be able to plan and deliver own label ranges, understand importing from China, be able to implement a programme of multi channel promotions and events etc
