Female applicants only for personal care. Companion Carer required for a 13 year old girl with learning disabilities in the St Andrews area for 10 hours per week. Duties will involve picking her up from school from approximately 3.30pm and providing respite for the family until 7.30pm, 2 evenings per week only. Applicants will need to be vigilant, caring and patient. Duties will involve preparing dinner and providing social inclusion. Rate of pay is 8.00 per hour and out of pocket expenses will be met. Access to a car will be necessary and a non smoker is preferred. Appointment is subject to a satisfactory PVG check and references. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010
