About Us:
Our brand has a rich and strong heritage in the UK flow control industry. Our products are market leading, including process valves, fittings, cylinders and actuators. We are involved in a variety of applications from Oil & Gas platforms and Pharmaceutical plants to Paper mills and Power Generation. To continue our expansion within the UK we are looking to recruit an Area Sales manager for Scotland.
The Role:
You will target process industries across the country, establishing their flow control needs on a short, medium and long-term basis. Scotland is fairly well developed so you will spend most of your time expanding our business from a solid base of frequently trading customers, selling to a variety of engineering departments in the process. It is likely that you will spend one or two days per week in the Aberdeen area, capitalising on our well-developed reputation in the Oil & Gas market.
The Person:
You should have experience in selling engineered products to the process industries. A mechanical engineering qualification or similar would be beneficial although not essential.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of £30 - 35,000 is on offer with a realistic bonus scheme to increase your earnings. In addition there will be a company car, family healthcare, contributory pension scheme and a blackberry.
