Must have full driving licence. Must have good general handy work and DIY skills, previous experience in property maintenance would be an advantage. Own transport and tools an advantage but not essential. Required for property maintenance and repairs, working on residential properties. Duties will include basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating along with other general handy work and DIY. Working times will be flexible and will include weekends and evenings.
