My client is one of Scotlands leading providers of care services and accommodation across the country.

We are looking for an individual to be responsible for providing an efficient and effective property maintenance service within their respective regional areas.

He/she will liaise closely between tenants and asset management staff and undertake inspections covering all aspects of maintenance including reactive, cyclical and planned as well as any technical repairs and lease issues.

You will assist the compilation of the approved contractors list and monitor contractors' performance in line with policies and procedures.

In addition you will prepare detailed reports on the conditions of properties for discussion and decision where repairs required are outwith day to day maintenance.

You will have relevant experience in either property or construction managerment.
