Work with Partners, Directors and Business Development / Marketing to support client retention and client acquisition through
- effective organisation of clients events in line with business needs
- proactive maintenance of accurate client target lists
- development and maintenance of a collateral library
- the general support of the team's business development activities
Main Responsibilities
Taking responsibility for managing larger client events
- coordinating invitation lists/RSVP lists (including for online events)
- booking of venues and catering
- liaising with suppliers e.g. seeking cost comparison
- greeting clients
- supporting the Personal Assistant team in the delivery of smaller or local events
Taking responsibility for client target lists
- keeping our client target lists up-to-date in InterAction
- understanding the business needs of Partners and Directors and adapting clients lists accordingly
- preparing activity reports in InterAction
- managing client contacts in line with the firm protocols and data protection legislation
Preparing E-communications
- preparing accurate e-communications in line with the firm's protocols, in conjunction with Partners, Directors, BD / Marketing and the InterAction team
Developing and maintaining a library of firm brochures/ collateral
Working with key stakeholders and teams
- Developing good working relationships with Partners, Directors, other fee earners and their personal assistants as well as those in the firm's InterAction and website teams
Education and Qualifications

Knowledge of InterAction

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Knowledge of Lotus Notes
Experience

Administrative or business development/marketing experience
Track record of managing events and/or client targeting
Proven accuracy and communication skills with the ability to work across all hierarchies
