As an Organisational & Methods Manager you will work together with the Operations Management team to ensure the maximum efficiencies of the various departments within the fast moving fulfilment centre. The ideal candidate will have experience of various work measurement techniques and the ability to apply these techniques to a variety of warehousing processes. You will have excellent inter-personal, systems and analytical skills with the ability to communicate across all levels; there will also be a close working relationship with the back-office functions. We seek a very customer focussed individual with a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude to work; an individual who can generate as well as implement ideas.

This is a traditional work study, time and motion role and calls for an individual who holds a recognised qualification in Methods Time Management along with extensive experience of using Tectime work measurement systems.
