Venn Group is seeking a Building Surveyor / CAD Technician to work for a thriving company in Nottinghamshire. You will be working 37 hours per week on an initial 2 month contract.

Duties will include:
Surveying properties and conducting stock condition surveys
Collecting information and designs on CAD packages
Manual inputting of information onto the computerised systems
Evaluating the state of empty and occupied properties to evaluate the necessary repairs to be carried out

The successful candidate will have:
Previous stock condition surveying experience
Experience using CAD or AutoCAD; or alternatively GIS mapping with similar systems
