Our number 1 focus is customer service.... we can teach anyone how to make a great sandwich or order stock...but we can't give everyone a great personality! As a Store Manager you'll be a bit of everything - Sandwich Artist, Mathematician, Trainer, Leader, Marketeer - working in our stores gives you that little bit of room to put your stamp on your business!
Yes, you'll be responsible for the regular Manager stuff - Stock and cash control, paperwork, recruitment... but you'll also be the person we look to to grow your business in the community, establish great links and get involved promoting the brand and spreading the Subway love in the area!
As a Store Manager, previous managerial experience is a must, though not necessarily in the food industry. Salaries are varied depending on store type, volume, experience etc, but start around £18,000 p.a

Our Shift Managers are our Store Managers of tomorrow. You may not have the required managerial experience at this time to head up your own store..... but right attitude doesn't mean you won't get there with us!
