A leading manufacturer in South Wales, this company has a World Class reputation within the market and they are renowned for innovation and product development. They are currently looking for an experienced Project/Programme Manager to direct their NPI activities and focus on the industrialisation of new products.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop new manufacturing process to enable efficient production of new products
- Program responsibility for global projects
- Create conceptual manufacturing processes
- Work with product design teams to ensure designs are suitable for manufacture
- Define appropriate tooling and capital equipment needs
- Identify continuous improvement activities post-manufacture
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Degree level is preferred
- Excellent Project Management skills, ideally with a Project Management qualification
- Experience of product industrialisation
- Understanding of World Class best practice
