• Hampshire - An experienced conveyancer or paralegal is required to join a busy plot sales team in Hampshire. The purpose of this position will be to assist the manager with the day to day management of the plot sales administration assistants. You will be handling transactions from start to finish including pre and post exchange work, ensuring paperwork is completed to deadlines and deal with all the financial aspects of exchange and completion. This will be a very busy and demanding role within the team and requires an individual who can organise themselves and others with their work loads, remain calm under pressure and posses a positive approach to team working as well as the ability to work on their own initiative. As a successful candidate you must have a minimum of 12 months experience within conveyancing/plot sales law, have a proven track record of handling a busy and varied workload and have a desire to progress your legal career.
