Helping customers find the right product for them by asking the right questions, sharing your product knowledge and bringing products to life through demonstrations. You will also work across all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues in delivering an excellent customer experience and store profit targets.
What will I be doing?

Greeting customers, making them feel welcome in our store

Providing advice & information to customers to help find the right product & services to meet their needs

Learning about our products and services

Ensuring that all customers are satisfied both during the sale and after they have left the store

Resolving customer queries and complaints

Ensuring that all tickets and point of sale are accurate and up to date

Maintaining store standards and replenishing stock

Providing support in other areas of the store as required
