Our client is a market leading internet booking service for the UK minicab industry. With their ever-popular portal receiving more and more traffic on a daily basis, they now require an additional Field Sales Executive to further develop and manage their portfolio of operators throughout Edinburgh and beyond.
This exciting Field Sales Executive position will involve recruiting and training new operators to cover expansion zones. This will be achieved through identifying, qualifying and booking appointments (50% of appointments are provided and pre-booked), closing business and managing accounts. You will also be involved in monitoring operator quality and improving operational efficiency to maximise customer experience. Applications are being invited from those candidates who are educated to degree level who are ambitious, intelligent, energetic and possess a polished approach and outlook on sales. You will feel confident in cold calling and closing deals both over the phone and in a client facing capacity. You will have an entrepreneurial flair, a strategic approach, first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise and influence at every level. You will possess approximately 12 months previous sales experience and may be a second jobber looking for an amazing opportunity.
Upon appointment the successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 20k with an uncapped OTE of 40k plus an additional and generous benefits package that includes a company car.
