Hartford Hall is a historic building dating back to the 17th century and is ideally located in the small market town of Northwich between Chester and vibrant Manchester, conveniently situated only a few miles from Manchester Airport. The Inn is set within 3.5 acres of Cheshire Countryside and boasts 20 bedrooms including 2 suite rooms, a function room and a wedding license. The business trades between £11,000-£18,000 per week depending upon seasonality and occupancy. We are looking for a license trade professional with entrepreneurial flair to drive occupancy and increase sales. Premium food and hotel experience is essential to provide excellent customer service and make Hartford Hall the best around.
The Ideal Candidate
As an experienced industry professional, who is passionate about the trade and knows what makes a great pub restaurant tick, you’ll hold a personal licence and have successfully run a similar high volume, food led operation. On top of that, we’ll expect you to be used to the demands of recruiting, managing and developing a large team, in order to deliver the exceptional standards of quality and service that ensure your customers want to come back – time after time!
