We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated person with experience of working with people with learning disabilities or other relevant service users groups to work as a nursing assistant providing Acute Assessment and Treatment for adults with learning disabilities who present with challenging behaviours and/or mental health problems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working with people with challenging behaviour and experience of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work positively with service users and the ability to develop therapeutic relationships. Candidates would assist in the provision of both personal and health care, contributing to comprehensive treatment plans for each individual.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate commitment to developing their skills.
