Salary: £24000 - £25000

Our client is looking for a successful Head Office based Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing head office team in Swindon which is commutable from; Cirencester,Oxford,Marlborough,Chippenham,Nailsworth,Witney,Newbury,Crickdale and Stroud
As Customer Service Team Leader you will report into the Head Of Supply Chain and be responsible for;
Ensure products are delivered in full and on time to the end user
Setting and hitting monthly shipping goals in collaboration with Finance, sales and Logistics
Perform excellent & pro-active order-management with Field/ SVA/ Retail team.
Resolving credit issues
Ensure accurate, on-time and in full delivery of our products to the Field
Support the Retail expansion through participating in preparing and opening Retail stores and ensuring on time deliveries
Articulating the business direction and annual goals year on year to your team
Developing a customer focused team who always seek opportunity to improve the customer's experience
Creating an effective working environment building a diverse, well- balanced team
You will also have analytical experience and be familiar with SAP.
You will currently be a Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Consultant, Account Manager (within a supply chain environment), or Service Consultant in a head office environment.
