Basic qualifications:

• Can demonstrate a basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and general business management processes
• Analytical ability to diagnose situations and develop solutions.
• Can demonstrate good communication and coaching skills
• Can demonstrate the ability to interact with and influence individuals including those where a direct reporting relationship does not exist
• Can demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Accredited green or black belt in lean or six sigma improvements with a track record across different organisations and / or industries

Details:
The job purpose is to lead and facilitate the drive of all aspects of the site’s manufacturing and support activities to world class standards.

• Build and maintain an understanding of operational excellence by all staff on site using a common language and vision and through training and education
• Build strategic capabilities into business processes and ways of working through the embedded implementation of standard OE tools and techniques
• Convert those capabilities to cash through performance management mastery and by transforming the execution of business and manufacturing processes by employees to world class standards
