Only candidates from an Automotive / Commercial vehicle background will be considered.

Job Description

Answer the phones providing excellent customer service and deal with enquiries
ensure customer data is up to date and recorded correctly within the system.
Greet customers and ensure fantastic customer service is provided at all time.
Maximize opportunities by promoting additional products and service.
Contact Customers to arrange bookings for MOT, Service and checks.

Due to the professional nature of this client, you will need to have exception customer care skills.
