We are currently seeking HR Administrator for our client based in Antrim.
This is a permanent role.
The Role
You will be providing a full administration support for recruitment activity and assisting with the new start process including inductions and probationary reviews in a busy HR Department.
Sourcing accommodation for site based employees and overseeing the process including communication with estate agents, arrangement of tenancy agreements, and extension or termination of lease agreements as required.
You must have and be able to clearly show on your CV excellent general administration duties such as filing and record keeping, typing correspondence, issuing internal communications and notices, answering the phone and rising purchase requisitions.
Along with other relevant administrators you must also be able to prove you have experience in processing travel bookings, provide reception cover, collate monthly management reports and handle incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
You will have excellent previous administration experience.
Be able to work to deadlines and deal with heavy workloads in an effective manner.
You will have a professional approach to your work, customer, staff and potential employee’s.
Excellent telephone manner and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times with company information and to Data Protection Act.
Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills are also essential.
Previous experience in a HR Administration or similar role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Must also be willing to cover reception switchboard as and when required and any other duties deemed necessary by the department manager.

The Person
Essential Criteria
You will have a min of 4+ years in a well rounded administration role and must be able to clearly show on your CV where you cover the points above.
Proven ability to arrange travel, support HR, laise with Landlords or Estate agents when arranging accommodation is essential.
Ideal applicant will hold a relevant administration qualification.
Must be able to prove a positive and professional attitude in the work place.
Desired Criteria
Experience in a HR department will be an advantage but our client will interview other strong administrators.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £17000 depending on experience.
23 Holidays plus 8 Stats
Can Join in April of each year the company pension scheme. Company contributes 3% of salary
Can Join in April of each year a Private Healthcare Scheme with BUPA.
Hours of work are Mon – Thu 9-5.15pm, Friday 9 – 4pm
