Detailed Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work full time and permanent. You will be responsible for all reception duties and also to provide an admin function to support the
HR
Administrator for all staff on site. You will also be maintaining records, filing and archive systems, distribution and posting mail, maintain stationary supplies to a satisfactory level. The hours for this role will be 3pm to 9pm Wednesday and Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Sunday. (19.5 hours per week)

Job:
- Assist with the identification of training and assessment need.
- All administration relating to the provision of Training and Assessment is carried out accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the development of training / assessment plans / programs.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Internal and external customers in order to satisfy client requirements.
- Plan / arrange training / assessments using internal / external trainers / assessors.
- Responsible for Attendance Registers, Notification of Training, Joining instructions, Notification of Results in line with current processes and procedures.
- GRN services of external trainers / assessors in
IFS
.
- Input of internal and external training & Assessment results together with records of briefings and special initiatives onto
IFS
.
- Filing of training course / assessment documentation.
- Assist the Administration and Planning Manager where required.
Requirements:
- Good administrative skills and computer literacy, including
MS
Office.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Experience in a Customer Services environment.
- Sound planning and organisational skills.
- Team player, vital for good relationships across a wide variety of departments.
- Ability to organise your own workload, balancing priorities and assisting other staff.
