Process Engineer (new role) required in expanding high volume/quality component manufacturer. You will support the moulding process from equipment specification through to production input.
You will have key input for process and manufacturing on new product designs. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage etc. You will set up and monitor PPM procedures and schedules. You will also have hands on involvement where necessary e.g mould tool changes etc.
A background in plastic moulding manufacture is needed. You will ideally be HNC qualified/apprenticeship trained. A good understanding of tooling/robotic assembly is needed (high volume assembly). Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
