Accountabilities
At Bupa Care Homes you'll receive the best free training in the industry and all the support you need to be the best you can be. So, you'll soon be able to get to know our residents and deliver the highest standards of one-to-one care to meet their individual needs.
Specific Skills
Willing to work on a rota basis, you'd benefit from a care qualification, but it's by no means essential, as we offer excellent training, as well as good opportunities to progress your career if you want to. More importantly, you must be passionate about improving people's lives and making sure everyone feels at home. We're at the forefront of residential, dementia and nursing care.
