Due to expansion plans and further international growth, Hydrogen is looking to recruit Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist teams in our Edinburgh office. Founded in 1997 Hydrogen is a global Recruitment Company headquartered in London with offices in Edinburgh, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. We have exciting plans for new office openings around the world and plan to double our headcount by 2015. We recruit into a number of the world's busiest sectors including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Legal, Finance, HR, Transformational Technology and Business Transformation.

Day to day your role will include networking, sourcing and screening candidates, liaising with clients face to face and on the telephone, as well as winning business.

Candidate qualities we're looking for including being motivated, competitive, goal orientated, hardworking, resilient, driven by salary and with excellent communication skills. A strong academic background is required and sales experience is preferred but this is not essential.
