Donation Clinic Administrator - INTERNAL TO WELSH BLOOD SERVICE STAFF ONLY

Fixed Term or Secondment opportunity to 31st March 2013 (internal to WBS only)

An exciting opportunity exists within the Talbot Green Donation Clinic for a Donation Clinic Administrator. The post holder will provide a secretarial and administrative service to the Collections Operational Manager (static & Bloodmobiles) and will be responsible for the Donor Administrator/Receptionist and their duties.

The post holder will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and possess NVQ3 in Business Administration or equivalent and ECDL. Experience of working in a customer orientated workplace, at a senior administrative level is essential, along with possessing a sound knowledge of the blood and platelet collection technology and processes used in the donation clinic.

The salary range quoted is an incremental band. The successful applicant will be appointed to the base point of the salary band unless an incremental credit application is made by the Appointing Manager.
