Between June and October Electoral Services have to make contact with each household in the city to find out if there are any changes to the household situation, such as people moving in or out of properties or changes in individuals circumstances.
Due to the volumes of calls and forms received during this busy period, we are looking to appoint Canvass Administrators to support the core elections team.
This is a full time post 37 hours a week Monday - Friday. Those appointed will be required to assist with processing registration forms and dealing with enquiries from householders in relation to the annual Electoral Canvass. To be considered, you must have had experience of working in a customer service and administration environment.
Previous experience of working in an elections administration role would be advantageous but is not essential. Successful candidates will be provided with appropriate training.
