An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join an established law firm in a growing residential conveyancing property department. You will manage a small residential conveyancing team as well as running your own caseload from inception until conclusion. Business development and networking skills will also be required to assist in generating new business and retaining existing clients.
The residential property team handles all aspects of conveyancing to include freehold & leasehold sales & purchases, re-mortgages, buy to lets, part exchanges, shared ownerships, high net worth clients and dealing with new builds.
To apply for the role you need to be an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal or Legal Executive, 3 - 6 years experience specialising in residential conveyancing matters.
