Our client is looking to recruit two experienced Insurance professionals to work as a Personal Lines Account Handlers, developing new business and maintaining existing business. Dealing in the motor specifically handling learner driver and instructor insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Following up warm leads and converting into new business sales
- Identify and take every opportunity to provide new business quotations for home, motor and other personal products
- Cross - sell and up - sell additional products to existing policy holders
- Fully service the personal lines business including credit control, file discipline and the accurate maintenance of client data
- Provide advice on placement of risk and risk management, adding value to the client relationship
- Responsibility for a wide range of personal lines clients, ensuring a high standard of service is provided and renewals are retained
- Ensuring existing relationships are maintained and developed
- Dealing with mid-term adjustments and renewals
- Building relationships with Insurers
- Working to targets
Key Skills/Experience Required:
In order to be considered for the role of Personal Lines Account Handler (new business), you must possess the following;
- Previous Insurance sales experience (motor & home)
- Technical knowledge
