Digby Morgan are currently recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a private healthcare and social care services provider. Working in partnership with the business, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the HR strategy, providing guidance and advice on talent management, employee engagement, organisation re-structures and culture change.
Suitable candidates will have a background in generalist HR, with experience working in a multi-site role. You will have strong employee relations skills, and ideally experience of liaising with trade unions and managing organisational change. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with CIPD membership. Applicants with experience working within a private healthcare environment are desirable.
