My client is an industry leading manufacturer in the healthcare sector and is seeking a new Head of Quality to work within their world class GMP facility. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the management of the Quality Department
overseeing all quality related activities across the South Wales site.

• Close liaison with EMEA quality control.
• Implementation of the quality system through implementation of robust procedures.
• Effective management of onsite quality professionals.
• Highly motivated and self driven.
• Leadership experience in Manufacturing and Quality Control Management.
• Understanding of GMP standards.
• Proven commercial awareness/understanding.
• Significant experience in LEAN Manufacturing techniques.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Should have a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry background.
