To maintain aspects of the current quality systems, to ensure conformance through a structured audit process. Ensure documentation relating to product conformance is completed. Calibration on measuring equipment. Complete all relevant documentation relating to dimensional and material testing. Carry out periodic testing on product. Support Production on areas of quality concern. Respond to Customer and Supplier Quality requirements. Complete corrective actions on customer return activities. Liaise with suppliers and implement supplier development programs. Complete visits at both customers and suppliers where required, plus other tasks. Ideal candidate will have: Experience of modern automotive quality system requirements APQP,FMEA,PPAP,8D etc Problem process improvement skills. Organization skills and time management. Flexibility to succeed.
