JAVA DEVELOPER urgently required in Belfast for prestigious new, technology driven organisation with an award winning reputation!
Our client is looking for a Software Engineer with 2 to 3 years of extensive programming experience using JAVA for developing scalable, high performance web-based applications. Candidates must be independent, self-motivating and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
As a member of the development team, this individual will work on developing web-based applications for internal and external use. This individual will be part of a cross functional project team that follows Agile methodologies. Financial/Derivatives industry experience is a plus.
Preferred Technical Skills & Experience;
Apache/Tomcat
Ant or Maven
Spring MVC
JUnit
Other Qualifications;
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
BS or MS degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred
