Working for a leading marketing company it will be the responsibility of the Windows XP, Server, Exchange, Active Directory 1st Line Helpdesk, IT Support Specialist to provide 1st line support to the companies 600 users.

Working from the helpdesk the Windows XP, Server, Exchange, Active Directory 1st Line Helpdesk, IT Support Specialist will be taking calls and picking up tickets and you will be charged with providing a 1st class customer service that also solves technical problems. Additionally, the Windows XP, Server, Exchange, Active Directory 1st Line Helpdesk, IT Support Specialist will be responsible for Set ups and installations, logging faulty equipment with suppliers and monitor software usage to ensure compliance with licensing terms.
