Our client have a vacancy come up in their Residential Property department. They are looking for someone to undertake mainly Housing Association transactions with some residential conveyancing as well. The candidate will also be expected to undertake marketing to continue to grow this area.

They would look at Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancer or someone who has done this work for at least 1-2 years but is not qualified.
