The role for this Commercial Property Locum will involve covering for a period of 2 to 3 months over the summer. You caseload will involve development work, landlord and tenant, leases and maybe a little bit of residential conveyancing. You will be based in the office in Northampton and be able to hit the ground running with this work.

Who we're looking for

I am looking for an experience Solicitor (or equivalent) who has held a commercial property role before for a minimum of 3 years and be able to pick up a large Commercial Property Locum caseload.
