Customer Service Team Leader
Rocking Zebra recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader/Manager to join this luxury high end fashion brand based in Swindon.
Our award winning client has grown considerably over recent years, making them a leading worldwide name.
This role will bring a blend of client facing and phone based account management for some UK leading retail brands, reviewing their requirements and supporting store expansion. You will ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times leading a team of 7 customer representatives. You will be a natural leader with exceptional motivational skills, working closely with management in providing analysis and reports for areas of improvement.
Within a B2B environment, as the Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Identifying and resolving client account issues- to do with products, deliveries and service
Ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated at all times, setting and monitoring KPI's within your team, performance reviews and creating a motivated and diverse team
Setting and consistently meeting monthly targets to do with sales and logistics
Analysing statistics, improving performance through implementing new processes and procedures
Responding to escalated issues to do with queries, credit and delivery
Supporting retail expansion
To be considered for this role you will a competent user in SAP and Excel. You will be able to demonstrate your multi-tasking skills, strong communication skills and have the ability to work successfully under pressure. This role is a hands on role; you will be approachable and able to think on your feet.
