Regional firm seeks an experienced Solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial files.
Your duties will include taking instructions from clients whether landlord or tenants, in respect of enfranchisement work and giving generic advice including claims under section 1 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and all associated conveyancing work in connection with residential landlord and tenant property work.
You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE with a solid knowledge of drafting leases and agreements and commercial transactions.
