Our client has an opportunity for a Planning and Project Documentation Manager to manage the function and team.
Responsibilities will include:-
Manage and develop a unified planning process.
Manage and control all aspects of the planning, investment, authorisation and allocation of on Demand and stocking programs in support of reduced lead time
Manage, monitor performance metrics promoting on time delivery performance for all sales order deliverables and documentation.
Coordinate the development of metrics driven from GPS/ Primavera that reflect performance in the building and execution of Project plans.
Provide leadership and direction to the team.
Hold regular 1-2-1’s with the team and promote training and development of staff .
management team.
Experience required for the role will include:-
Working within a similar role within aggregated volume planning
Managing and developing a team and sharing/promoting objectives
Problem analysis and problem solving
Computer literate
Planning Experience
Process mapping and root cause analysis
