Responsibilities
To perform sales administration tasks accurately and efficiently to support account development, penetration and internal/external communication;
To prospect for new and develop existing sales leads on behalf of the hotel sales team;
To produce weekly sales reports to demonstrate sales activity and business generated to DOSM;
To perform audits to ensure that content and photography on Marriott.com and Online Travel Agencies are up to date and fully utilized;
Conduct monthly Delphi Audits/updates;
Complete research projects as directed by DOSM;
Enter weekly appointment activity into Delphi and update information for month end reports.
