To identify, research and qualify potential customers and new contacts within existing accounts in support of the Sales Team. To support the Director of Sales and Marketing with agreed administrative tasks.
Previous experience in a hotel related or commercial sales environment.

To perform sales administration tasks accurately and efficiently to support account development, penetration and internal/external communication;
To prospect for new and develop existing sales leads on behalf of the hotel sales team;
To produce weekly sales reports to demonstrate sales activity and business generated to DOSM;
To perform audits to ensure that content and photography on Marriott.com and Online Travel Agencies are up to date and fully utilized;
Conduct monthly Delphi Audits/updates;
Complete research projects as directed by DOSM;
Enter weekly appointment activity into Delphi and update information for month end reports.
